This isnt available anymore. I’ve just been to DOH Main Office to inquire on this after securing my parent’s ITR, district’s DOH recommendation, etc.

The director told me and my mom that the program has been put on hold since PNOY has not given this program funding. At the moment DOH is funding the ones who are already scholars and is just waiting for them to graduate… so there… sorry… FUCK PNOY :)
